WELCOME to the HOMMA Smart Home experience at Willamette Tower!
We are pleased to welcome you to your new home at Willamette Tower, and hope you are looking forward to a more modern living experience. The HOMMA Smart Home experience consists of a curated package of integrated technology, featuring intuitive adaptive lighting, motorized window shades, connected front door lock, and connected thermostat for complete control, at home or anywhere else. The HOMMA app allows you to change the default settings and personalize your home, and is one way you can initiate Activities - coordinated adjustments to lighting as necessary to provide the optimal interior environment. The HOMMA mobile app is a centralized and modern way to be in control, making it easier for every household to enjoy the comforts of being home.

HOMMA Technology
The first step required to begin your HOMMA experience will be to download the HOMMA app and create your account.
HOMMA will email you with a download link and Invitation Code. (You should have this by now if you are looking at this website page.)
Click the link to download and install the app on your smartphone.
When you launch the app, you will have to input the Invitation Code “xxxxx”, and press the Submit button.
Please review the EULA and Terms & Conditions, and agree.
Start creating your account with your name, email address and password.
Automated lighting settings are already pre-programmed for your unit. If you would like to personalize any settings (such as brightness, or cool/warm color temperatures), you will use the HOMMA app to make adjustments.

Lastly, there is a Tech Cabinet located in the closet where HOMMA has installed all the necessary devices to make the HOMMA experience happen. There is a cover in front of this equipment to help protect it from damage/unauthorized access. You are welcome to store things in front of the cover, but be advised if access is ever needed by one of our technicians, you will be asked to remove any items in the way.
License Agreement / Terms and Conditions / Privacy Policy
As with any application that you use on your phone or computer, you will be required to agree to HOMMA’s EULA (End User License Agreement) and Terms and Conditions when you first login. You will be prompted to review and agree when you install the app. Our Privacy Policy is on our website and details our collection of data and how we manage privacy.
Neighborhood Guidance
You’re moving to a great part of Portland at the South Waterfront, which has developed into a sophisticated urban neighborhood with cafes and restaurants. One of the attractive points is that it is located in the beautiful natural setting along the Willamette River. There is a trail for anyone who would like to walk, run or bike along the river too.
