Renovation project on a penthouse unit in a high-rise apartment complex integrating HOMMA’s proprietary technology. Neponset Landing is located in a suburb of Boston, MA and stands in a quiet, peaceful area along the Neponset River.

Renovation of the Penthouse unit completed in June 2023. It is a showcase for HOMMA’s smart home business expansion for multi-family housing. This unit is not for lease/purchase but will be used as a guest unit for people to stay.
