<Exterior and Hallway> The hallway and the units are all framed up with metal awaiting drywall. The big difference between our previous HOMMA HAUS Mount Tabor and the Willamette Tower is the material. This large multi-family building is built with extremely durable metal and concrete. For our architect and construction manager, working around this material can be more difficult – but a welcome challenge.

<Inside the Unit>
We are in the phase of MEP rough-in (mechanical, electrical & plumbing), and getting the necessary items set up for HOMMA’s smart-home solution. You get to peek into one of the corner units on the 15th floor. The floor-to-ceiling windows will be an inspiring attraction!
