Working under the clear blue sky at Building 1. The white panel is placed in the walls of the units at Building 3, that will house the electrical transformers that power all of the LED lights and sensors. Lastly, another beautiful view to enjoy from the corner unit of Building 4.

Completed the elevated concrete slab which will become the front patio for the two units at Building 6. The lower level will be the separate bike storage for all the units.

2nd floor framing started at Building 1. Exterior weather barriers are being installed for Building 3, 4 and 5. Elevated slab forming continues at Building 6. (You can compare the photo from the same angle taken on March 31).

Sunny days continue in Portland, and so is the wall framing at Building 1. Loading drywall into Building 3. Framing completed at Building 5 and you can see the progress by comparing the photo from the same angle taken on 16 MAR! Elevated slab forming and rebar is taking place at Building 6 (where the bike storage will be) .

Another sunny day. Wall framing is rapidly going on at Building 1 and Building 5 roof trusses are going on and getting covered with plywood ready for roofing.
