Stem wall forms for the retaining wall along E Burnside street. The community entrance is being structured.

There is a hidden storage (!?) in the coat storage room, right under the stairs. I would put cleaning tools such as vacuum and brooms, as well as rain boots.

One of the units in Building 3 now has blinds installed.

Landscaping is on its way. Pavers are being created for the courtyard. You can also see the black guard rails installed at the second floor patio. At the front of the community, we are now connecting the public right of way stormwater management infrastructure.

Getting ready for the slab pour for the other sidewalk along E Burnside street. Inside the community, the little pathway in the center of the courtyard is becoming apparent little by little.

Today, GreenHammer and HOMMA are doing touch ups at Building 4, meaning the construction side of things for these units is NEAR to a COMPLETION! Here are some photos of a new, fresh and crisp unit!

Technology wise, our tech team is testing all the lights and sensors, one by one. Building 3 and 4 is now secured with keyless entry and a doorbell.

Concrete had been poured for the sidewalk in front of Building 1. The front patio is on its way for a concrete pour soon. There is a little pathway in the center of the courtyard that connects Building 3 and Building 1 and 6 on the other side.

“We got the power!” and the exterior walls at Building 6 are painted.

Building 3 and 4 has dining lights installed which gives you a better image of the dining table you would like to have in your space. The 2nd floor bedroom looks crisp with wood flooring and cove light installed. And finally, the someone(something) is now installed to its appropriate space.

The back door for each unit in Building 1 has been painted in light grey and the sidewalk in front of the building is being prepared for concrete pour soon. The leveling is happening at the inner courtyard, which is looking better with concrete patio for all Building 2, 3, 4 and 5.

HOMMA team members are working at the site to review the elevation of the cove light as well as testing their new solution of selfie stick barcode scanning. Technology innovation!
