Details like doors and door trims painting are being processed. One of the buildings is very close to completion.

Guard rail is placed. And final permanent power connection is all that remains before we're ENERGIZED.

Pouring slabs for Building 3 and 4 is complete with the HVAC outside unit already placed on the base. We are now working on Building 5.

Exterior side of things <2>. Taking advantage of the cloudy weather during the rainy season, our partner company is making an effort to pour slabs for the front patio and the base for the HVAC outside unit on the back side of Building 3. Building 4 and 5 will be the next runner up.

Exterior side of things <1>. There will be a black guard rail on the east side of the building. Building 2 exterior accent wall is installed. The stairway to and from the 52nd street looks like a ‘stairway’, all paved.

Interior side of things. Building 3 and 4 is in the process of interior trim paint being extra careful for the other parts of the home.

Cove light is installed at Building 4. And someone(something) is waiting for its turn to be installed to its appropriate space.

Insulation is being installed at Building 2 and at the basement of Building 6, which will turn into a separate bike parking space.

The stairway to go out and come back into the community from the 52nd street is now poured with concrete.

2nd floor patio is in process with the deck being installed. The color is chosen to give you an earthy feel and also to make the bedroom feel bigger with the same color tone as the bedroom flooring. And here is a peak of the 2nd bedroom bathroom.
