Units in Building 3 have all the downlights and sensors installed, and this is what it looks like! Our tech team has been working hard to make this happen, completing the network address settings for the devices.

Building 2 (left) exterior has been rapidly changing with the siding, accent wall siding, and Hardie panels being in place.

The exterior wall has been in the process of being painted on the outside which faces the neighborhood. Building 2 is making fast progress with doors installed. Down lights and sensors are being installed in a unit of Building 3.

At Building 1 and 3, the exterior painting had started. Even with the cover, you can see the modern, clean design. Building 2 already has a sliding door on the 1st floor, which makes you feel the process is very fast.

Corner unit of Building 6 which the interior is catching up with cabinets being installed, is showing the arrival of fall with colored leaves. Building 2 interior as of today is wood frame and mep rough in. The photos are the view facing north where you can see the courtyard, the view facing north, and the view facing south.

The HOMMA Haus Mt Tabor community is showing its stronger presence in the neighborhood with the exterior painting coming soon. Building 1, 6 is continuing with its interior finishes (kitchen cabinets and ventilation, lighting fixtures, etc). The technology side of things are also being progressed with the tech cabinet in the units being organized.

Building 2, which is located perpendicular to Building 1, is now in the progress of bump out framing. At Building 6, we are working on the door trim.
